Once an olive oil mill, Ca'n Roses hotel is now as unique as it is elegant. It has an abundance of charm and ambiance. Perfect is the wrong word to use, it sounds too cold. I prefer to say tasteful, and that applies in equal measure to the décor and the food. Every room has its own atmosphere. I felt so at ease here, whether alone or in the company of others. Hotel residents enjoy breakfast together around a large, rustic table. Not too early, mind you. The day only starts when you are ready for it. It's entirely up to you.
